I could tell something was off with my AC. Dr. Freeze offered to come right away on a Sunday. I declined since it wasn’t an emergency and he came the next day instead. He arrived on time and fixed the AC. It was cheaper than I expected too! He seemed honest and genuine. Great, quick, and efficient service. Highly recommend!

I had a problem with the air unit and called several technicians, but no one wanted to go out to work on Sunday. Dr. Freeze arrived at my house in less than 45 minutes and found the problem quickly. The furnace fan motor was damaged, and he had a brand new one in his van. Everything went fine, and the A/C was working at its maximum. Price was good for being Sunday, after hours. I recommend it. ❄️ 👍

I met Jose through my home warranty company and thank goodness that I did. He came and diagnosed my ac unit. He explained my options for the repair. Since my unit was 13 years old I chose to replace the unit. I have had ballpark estimates to replace the unit from other companies. Jose price came in several thousand dollars cheaper. There was absolutely no pressure from Jose to replace it. I would highly recommend Dr Freeze for your HVAC system. Jose was prompt and the insulation was fast and clean.

Highly recommend!! Jose came and installed a brand new unit in my rental after weeks of no AC (thanks to the landlord) he did an amazing job and the AC is pumping now! He was great at communicating and keeping us updated.

A big thank you to Dr. Freeze who came out and saved me thousands of dollars today.I was in a pickle and my AC went out. I was told by multiple companies over the last few months that I needed a new unit but Jose spent an hour and a half and had it back up and running for a few hundred dollars. He was professional, communicative, and HONEST…. Imagine that! If anyone is looking for an HVAC company I highly Recommend Dr. Freeze!

I had never seen my A/C rinsed - the outside (condenser?), with all its dust, and mulch bits inside its "cage", and on the inseide of the house, Jose washed the A/C, drained it...etc., etc. It was a super thorough check up, he put in coolant that it needed, checked the parameters, etc., etc. Also he was super detailed: in describing, in the pricing, and worked hard to get my trust, which was key. I appreciate the work he did on the unit, and the confidence he demonstrated in the work, but al with the "Customer". Thank you, thank you!
